The idea about estabilishing of the first BlanaZ Group's company - BlanaZ s.r.o. is from first half of 2002 and company's main capital was downpayments of two partners - Peter Rakuscinec and Jan Skriba. Company was dealing with many beginner's problems as well as with lake of capital in the times the banks in Slovakia was to say so not a fan of beginning companies. There was no solvent foreign partner in the company as well. All the companies of BlanaZ Group are and always was owned by slovak owners only.

In 2003 is estabilished new company of the group - BlanaZ / v. Peter Rakuscinec in Denmark. This company is step by step building it's own position on the danish market and cooperate with danish suppliers and customers until today.

Since 2005 is BlanaZ s.r.o. registered as VAT subject in Denmark what is main condition for delivering of building and other services on danish market. Building service is becomming a main activity of BlanaZ Group beside the original activities based on Outsourcing - connecting slovak production capacities and danish market.

In the start of 2006 the activities of BlanaZ Group require opening of international transport department as part of BlanaZ s.r.o. Transport department is mainly fulfilling needs of BlanaZ Group but free capacities are also offered on international transport market in Europe.

In 2007 is BlanaZ Group reaching common yearly turnover more then 2,9 mil EUR and giving directly or indirectly job to more then 100 people. There started also a large reconstruction of BlanaZ administration system which is expected to be completely finished in start of 2008.
